• In order to use IronSight, you must be added by an IronSight Hub Admin. You'll then receive an invite email, and receive access.

I'm unable to log in to IronSight

• Make sure you're using the correct product (paperless for form submissions, Dispatch Hub or the IronSight mobile app for jobs).

• Check that you've entered the correct email and password.

• Check with your internal IronSight Hub Admin to make sure your account is set up properly.

How do I reset my password?

• You can reset your password from the login page.

• Make sure you're using the email address associated with your IronSight account, and be sure to check your junk mail.

• If your IronSight invite has expired, you can use the password reset steps above to receive another invite email.
